‘Greenwich Project’, located on 47 West 8th Street between Sixth Avenue and MacDougal Street, is named after its location in the heart of the Village. Under the astute eyes of Principal Nick Boccio this new American eatery is both a local favorite and dining destination, featuring comfortable seating in an elegant environment, delicious fare showcasing seasonally inspired dishes and signature specials, a curated cocktail program, approachable wine menu and immaculate and attentive service. Chef Carmine Di Giovanni, who has developed his skills by working with culinary geniuses Terrence Brennan, Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud and David Burke, runs the pristine kitchen where he cooks up inspirational fare that is both classic and whimsical, with flavors from France, the Mediterranean and, of course, America.  A hand-picked wine and spirit list and a robust cocktail program by The Project Group’s top mixologists enhance the restaurant’s cuisine, creating a thoughtful and satiating dining experience for each and every guest.

Housed in an intimate and chic 74-seat townhouse, ‘Greenwich Project’  offers two dining styles under one roof. The warm brick-walled room features a sleek white bar, burnt-orange colored banquets, and a rotating roster of original artwork. The upstairs level provides a haven for those who want to dine in a sought-after restaurant, as the plush and cozy coffee-colored banquets, well-spaced tables, low-lit chandeliers and white-washed brick add in the room’s exclusive feel.
